Thesis: Created as a business tool, MS Outlook expanded its audience over the years. Nowadays, it helps me remember events and organizes my emails the way I like it.

This is a really interesting idea and one I wouldn't have thought about. It seems to me that this was created as a business tool but it probably has expanded that audience.
Talk to me if you have any trouble with research on Thur. You might look up professional tools and online business tools as a way to get started.
